Yes, I am currently welcoming new clients.

Do I need a referral?

Whilst we welcome referrals from medical professionals; a referral is not required to attend our service.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions you'll need depends on your individual goals and the issues you're exploring. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others benefit from ongoing support over a longer period.

We’ll regularly review your progress together and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the approach continues to meet your needs.

Can you write a letter or report for court?
