Meet Olivia.

Olivia is a Clinical Psychologist committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and care.

Olivia’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence based. She believes meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely seen and heard. She aims to walk your unique path alongside you—helping you deepen self-understanding, harness your strengths, and take steps that feel authentic and empowering to you. Whatever your goals, she will work with you to develop practical, personalised tools that foster lasting change.

Olivia has worked in both public mental health and private practice settings, supporting children, adolescents, and adults from a wide range of backgrounds. Where appropriate, engaging with families, teachers and other allied health professionals to achieve greater outcomes for clients. Olivia has experience conducting thorough psychological assessments and uses this knowledge to develop a greater understanding of the presentation and to inform appropriate treatment approaches.

Olivia’s key areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, and emotional regulation. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, Olivia’s priority is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can be exactly who you are.
